CTA completed the acquisition of Raccortubi Group.

CTA Group, a steel products company, completed the acquisition of Raccortubi Group, a manufacturer and supplier of piping materials in stainless steel and special alloys. Financial terms were not disclosed. “From the acquisition of a Company that already has a distinctive positioning and has a history of significant development behind it, derives a series of responsibilities that CTA Group is able to manage, together with important new opportunities. In fact, the union of the two Groups gives the possibility of implementing synergies that will make it possible to face the challenges of the international market in the upcoming years.
