Wind Point Partners-backed FreshEdge completed the acquisition of Sirna & Sons.

Wind Point Partners-backed FreshEdge, a super-regional distributor of fresh food, completed the acquisition of Sirna & Sons, a wholesale produce and fresh food distributor. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We have watched the business evolve over the years and are so proud of what we have built.
