Rcapital completed the acquisition of Temple Lifts from Hitachi.

Rcapital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Temple Lifts, a lift maintenance provider, from Hitachi, a Japanese multinational conglomerate corporation. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Temple Lifts is a solid business that has built a strong reputation for technical expertise and exceptional client service.
