TowerBrook-backed EPSA completed the acquisition of AB&C from Gate Invest.

TowerBrook-backed EPSA, a provider of sustainable performance solutions for businesses and public bodies, completed the acquisition of AB&C, a company focused on operational performance for businesses and administrations, from Gate Invest, a private equity firm.
