Bain Capital Tech Opportunities, a growth investing firm that invests in software, fintech and payments, and Valeas Capital Partners, a venture capital firm based in San Francisco, completed investment in Ren, a trusted technology partner to top financial institutions and thousands of non-profit organizations.
