Permira to acquire a 40% stake in AltamarCAM Partners.

Permira, a global investment firm, agreed to acquire a 40% stake in AltamarCAM Partners, a private markets solutions provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The private markets sector is consolidating, and it is vital for a firm like ours to have a financial backer that allows us to further invest in technology and to take advantage of growth opportunities in the market, both geographically and in terms of products.
