SOL Group, a manufacturer of medical gases, completed the acquisition of ANAPNOI IKE, a home respiratory care company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition goes with the recent acquisition of the company Air Liquide Hellas operating in the technical gases sector in Greece and consolidates the presence of the SOL Group in Greece," Marco Annoni, SOL Group Vice President.
