Abertis to acquire a 55.76% stake in SH288 toll road from ACS Group for $1.5bn.

Abertis, a Spanish worldwide corporation engaged in toll road management, agreed to acquire a 55.76% stake in SH288 toll road from ACS Group, a Spanish company dedicated to civil and engineering construction, for $1.5bn. Additionally, Abertis is exploring new investment opportunities in the global markets, while maintaining an optimal capital structure in line with the requirements of credit rating agencies.
