AngelList, a website for startups, angel investors, and job-seekers looking to work at startups, completed the acquisition of Nova, a financial service platform that deals with the legal, compliance workflows and zero friction investor onboarding for funds. Financial terms were not disclosed. “At the highest level, the way to think about what AngelList does is we’re really building the infrastructure that powers the startup economy, including all the infrastructure needed to run venture funds.” Avlok Kohli, AngelList CEO.
