Excelsior Energy Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a battery energy storage development project from Black Mountain Energy Storage, a battery storage company aiming to provide versatile energy storage services to utilities, for $45m. “We are pleased to have completed Evergreen Infrastructure’s first close.
