BDT & MSD Partners completed the acquisition of a 49% stake in IMA Group for $3.1bn.

BDT & MSD Partners, a merchant bank built to serve the distinct needs of business owners and strategic, long-term investors, completed the acquisition of a 49% stake in IMA Group, a provider of automatic packaging machines, for $3.1bn. "This investment from BDT & MSD Partners will enable IMA to start a new phase of growth and position us to play a leadership role in the transition to sustainable packaging materials.
