EY, a professional and consultancy services company, completed the acquisition of IPQ Tecnologie, an Italian consultancy firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This operation allows EY Private to strengthen its presence in the Lombardy region, thanks to a new office in Monza, in the heart of Brianza, and to a team that is consolidated by 40 professionals with a high level of seniority.
