CenterOak Partners-backed Palmetto Exterminators, a second-generation family-owned business providing pest control, completed the acquisition of PestNow, a company providing pest control services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The PestNow acquisition is a great example of our theme-driven investment strategy focused on sourcing high-quality, closely held companies.
