MiddleGround Capital completed the acquisition of Xtrac from Inflexion.

MiddleGround Capital, a private equity firm that makes control investments in middle market B2B industrial and specialty distribution companies globally, completed the acquisition of Xtrac, a manufacturer and supplier of high performance transmissions for top-level professional motorsport and specialist high performance automotive applications from Inflexion, a mid-market private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
