Harris, a vertical market software provider, completed the acquisition of Abilis Solutions, a design, delivery and support of information-centric offender management solutions provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The addition of Abilis Solutions to our broader portfolio of Offender and Jail Management Solutions strengthens our offering, and brings greater choice and certainty to our customers for the long term," Gregg Merlihan, Harris Portfolio Leader.
