Synopsis

Edit

Sitero, a global provider of Clinical, Drug Safety & Review services, agreed to acquire software solutions business from Astorg-backed Clario, a contract research organization specializing in clinical services and customizable medical devices. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Our clinical trial solutions business provides important support and services for our sponsors looking for an end-to-end solution for their clinical trial. Following a strategic review of the business, Clario determined the best path forward for this business was its sale to Sitero. Sitero is well-prepared to provide the strong strategic support the business needs to grow, and Clario looks forward to maintaining a partnership with the business going forward,” Chris Fikry, Clario CEO.
