Sitero to acquire software solutions business from Astorg-backed Clario.

Sitero, a global provider of Clinical, Drug Safety & Review services, agreed to acquire software solutions business from Astorg-backed Clario, a contract research organization specializing in clinical services and customizable medical devices. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Our clinical trial solutions business provides important support and services for our sponsors looking for an end-to-end solution for their clinical trial. Following a strategic review of the business, Clario determined the best path forward for this business was its sale to Sitero.
