Keswick Partners completed the acquisition of Metal Tech.

Keswick Partners, a Florida-based private equity firm investing in lower middle-market specialty services, distribution, and niche manufacturing companies, completed the acquisition of Metal Tech, a specialist in machining, fabricating, welding and industrial maintenance services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We love supporting family-owned businesses like Metal Tech that have built scalable operations in industrial verticals we know. Brock and his father built a great company thanks to the team they assembled and maintained.
