Middleby, a commercial and residential cooking and industrial process equipment company, completed the acquisition of Trade-Wind Manufacturing, a manufacturer of residential and professional series ventilation products. Financial terms were not disclosed. Trade-Wind is a technology and design leader in residential ventilation. The company has been rapidly growing due to its reputation for creating beautiful, custom ventilation solutions.
