Perseverance Metals to acquire Voyageur Nickel-Copper-PGM Project from Bitterroot Resources and Altius Minerals.

Perseverance Metals, a minerals exploration company, agreed to acquire Voyageur Nickel-Copper-PGM Project, a mine, from Bitterroot Resources, an exploration stage company, and Altius Minerals, a diversified mineral royalty and mineral exploration company.
