Francisco Partners, an American private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Blancco Technology Group, a global provider of mobile device diagnostics and secure data erasure products, for £175m. “Sustainability and e-waste reduction are increasing strategic priorities for customers of all sizes globally, and we see tremendous organic and inorganic growth opportunities for Blancco worldwide,” Ravi Bhatt, Francisco Partners Vice President.
