Hillhouse to acquire Harneys Fiduciary from Harneys.

Hillhouse, a global private equity firm, agreed to acquire Harneys Fiduciary from Harneys, a global offshore corporate services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are impressed by the leadership team led by Ross Munro who have built a leading offshore corporate services provider.
