BlackRock, an investment management corporation, agreed to acquire Poonawalla Housing Company, a housing finance company, from Poonawalla Fincorp, a company that offers a customized suite of transparent, quick, and hassle-free Loan offerings and Insurance. Financial terms were not disclosed.
