Autajon completed the acquisition of Simply Cartons and Simply Luxe.

Autajon, a packaging and labelling company, completed the acquisition of Simply Cartons and Simply Luxe, both are packaging companies. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This new partnership gives the Simply a greater global presence enabling us to facilitate not only the continued growth of Simply but also satisfy the needs of our global customers too. Alongside the Autajon, we intend to further this practise through partnering in our learnings and furthering our world leading operations to service the packaging industry,” Craig Mather, Simply Cartons CEO.
