Autajon, a packaging and labelling company, completed the acquisition of Simply Cartons and Simply Luxe, both are packaging companies. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This new partnership gives the Simply a greater global presence enabling us to facilitate not only the continued growth of Simply but also satisfy the needs of our global customers too.
