Frontenac-backed RCG Global Services completed the acquisition of Woodridge Software.

Frontenac-backed RCG Global Services, a global provider of digital transformation consulting services, combining digital strategy and modern cloud and data technologies, completed the acquisition of Woodridge Software, a FinTech focused software development firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are very excited to welcome the talented team of Woodridge Software to the RCG family.
