Henke Sass Wolf to acquire Zünd Precision Optics and Optivac from Verium.

Henke Sass Wolf, a specialist in the development and manufacturing of high-quality medical products in the field of medical endoscopy, agreed to acquire Zünd Precision Optics, a manufacturer of optical components, and Optivac, a specialist in the coating of optical components such as lenses and prisms, from Verium, a private equity firm.
