GMM Pfaudler completed the acquisition of Hydro Air Research Italia from Ainvest Private Equity.

GMM Pfaudler, an engineering equipment manufacturer, completed the acquisition of Hydro Air Research Italia, a membrane separation systems manufacturer, from Ainvest Private Equity, an investment company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition is a strategic fit and will reinforce the GMM Pfaudler Group strategy of growing profitably and creating long term value for the shareholders," GMM Pfaudler.
