Low Carbon and NU-E to form a joint venture.

Low Carbon, a renewable energy company, and NU-E, a large-scale renewable energy developer, agreed to form a joint venture. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are delighted to be partnering with NU-E Corp to help drive our renewables expansion in North America.
