Meiser International completed the acquisition of The Expanded Metal Company from EIH Capital Partners.

Meiser International, a manufacturing company that offers a wide selection of grating, profile planking, staircases, and GRP systems, completed the acquisition of The Expanded Metal Company, a manufacturer of micromesh expanded metal products, from EIH Capital Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
