AKSÌA Group, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Kintek Group, a company in the precision components business. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are very pleased to have made the tenth investment of Aksìa Capital V in a fast-growing business such as Kintek, an Italian excellence operating in a niche market with great potential for expansion in Europe and the US," Nicola Emanuele, Aksìa Group Managing Partner.
