Fremsyn completed the acquisition of Thorso Biogas.

Fremsyn, a renewable energy semiconductor manufacturing company, completed the acquisition of Thorso Biogas, a producer of biogas. Financial terms were not disclosed. With the acquisition of Thorsø Miljø- og Biogasanlæg, the Fremsyn Group now owns two operating biogas plants with two additional plants under construction.
