Waterco, a pumps and pumping equipment company, completed the acquisition of Davey Water Products, a pumps manufacturer, from GUD, an owner of a portfolio of companies in the automotive aftermarket and accessories sector, for $65m. “The acquisition aligns with Waterco's long-term strategic vision of becoming a global leader in the water technology industry.
