Neuberger Berman completed the acquisition of a minority stake in ENTRUST Solutions Group.

Neuberger Berman, a private, independent, employee-owned investment manager, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in ENTRUST Solutions Group, a consulting and engineering services platform serving the utility and infrastructure end markets.
