International Hotel Capital Partners to acquire Hilton Garden Inn Leiden Hotel.

International Hotel Capital Partners, a hotel management company, agreed to acquire Hilton Garden Inn Leiden Hotel, from RECO Development, a commercial property investment company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The Hilton Garden Inn Leiden hotel is a great addition to our current portfolio of hotels, both in terms of product and geographic coverage. With Hilton, Marriott and Accor, we now have the three most prominent international hotel organisations in the portfolio,” Remco Gerritsen, IHCP Director.
