Performance Food Group completed the acquisition of Orion Food Systems from One Rock Capital Partners.

Performance Food Group, a distributor of food products, completed the acquisition of Orion Food Systems, a producer and distributor of pizza and ingredients for franchised food service applications, from One Rock Capital Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We believe OLM is well-positioned to capitalize on further growth opportunities in its next chapter as a part of PFG,” Jack Rosenberg, One Rock Partner.
