Intact Ventures, a venture arm of Intact Financial, led a $100m Series D round in Resilience, a cyber risk solution company, with participation from Lightspeed Venture Partners, General Catalyst and Founders Fund. “The increase in ransomware attacks proves that there are longstanding gaps in today’s cybersecurity and cyber insurance practices.
