newcleo, a nuclear technology company, agreed to acquire Rütschi, a producer of engineered pumps for nuclear applications, from Gruppo Aturia, a provider of fluid transfer technologies, for $76m. “I am delighted to welcome the Rütschi Group team to newcleo.
