Ares Management-backed CoolSys completed the acquisition of 1GNITE.

Ares Management-backed CoolSys, a ventilation, heating and air conditioning provider, completed the acquisition of 1GNITE, an environmentally friendly asset recovery, recommerce and specialized facility services company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This latest acquisition reflects CoolSys’ commitment to sustainability and expanding cost-effective solutions for our customers.
