Software Partners Group, an active consolidator of the German market for products and services in the areas of enterprise resource planning and human resources for small- and medium-sized businesses, completed the acquisition of Desk Software & Consulting, a provider of ERP software solutions with its own development capabilities and proprietary software products, and isales. Financial terms were not disclosed. The goal is to combine the strengths, experience and resources of both companies and to leverage synergies within the Group. Desk contributes its strength in the development of its own products and modules, and isales its established sales organization and competence in the craftsmen segment. In the future, SPG will actively consolidate the German ERP and HR software and services market for small- and medium-sized customers via add-on acquisitions.
