I Squared-backed Cube Green Energy completed the acquisition of a pan-European portfolio of solar and onshore wind assets.

I Squared-backed Cube Green Energy, a renewable energy IPP, completed the acquisition of a pan-European portfolio of solar and onshore wind assets from Encavis AG, a producer of electricity from renewable energy sources, for €103m.
