Bridgepoint, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Samy Alliance, a marketing agency, from Aurica Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This transaction gives us the opportunity to accelerate our ambitious international growth plan, with a focus on the United States and Northern Europe. It also allows us to continue to innovate for our customers and consolidate our position as an industry leader. We remain on track to achieve our goal of exceeding €100m in revenue within the next two years," Patricia Ratia, Samy Alliance CEO.
