Bridgepoint, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Samy Alliance, a marketing agency, from Aurica Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This transaction gives us the opportunity to accelerate our ambitious international growth plan, with a focus on the United States and Northern Europe. It also allows us to continue to innovate for our customers and consolidate our position as an industry leader.
