Roper Technologies completed the acquisition of Syntellis Performance Solutions from Thoma Bravo for $1.25bn.

Roper Technologies, a diversified industrial company, completed the acquisition of Syntellis Performance Solutions, a provider of innovative enterprise performance management software, data and intelligence solutions, from Thoma Bravo for $1.25bn.
