EMZ-backed Aspire Education Group, a edtech company, completed the acquisition of the educational division of WEKA Group, a media consulting firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The combination of the Aspire Group with the activities of the WEKA Group creates a leading educational group with a focus on adult education in the DACH region.
