Enverus completed the acquisition of CRCL Solutions.

Enverus, a provider of key decision-making information and software solutions for oil & gas operators, service providers and investment professionals, completed the acquisition of CRCL Solutions, a provider of cloud-based algorithms and modeling for wind and solar generation forecasts. Financial terms were not disclosed.
