Apax Partners, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire the proprietary fintech and credit management software division of Lutech, an ICT services provider for digital transformation. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The sale of Finwave represents a strategic step in our journey of growth and development as a leading company in IT services for the digitalization of our clients' business processes and highlights our ability to create value. We are confident that this process will create the best conditions for Finwave to strengthen its position as a specialized software product company in the financial markets in Italy and abroad," Tullio Pirovano, Lutech Group Chairman.
