Tenex Capital Management completed the acquisition of Minuteman Security Technologies from Prospect Partners.

Tenex Capital Management, an operations-oriented middle market private equity firm focused on business services, industrials and healthcare, completed the acquisition of Minuteman Security Technologies, an integrator and service provider for enterprise-scale security & life safety systems encompassing video surveillance, access control, fire alarm, mass communication and license plate recognition technology, from Prospect Partners, an investor in pre-middle market businesses.
