Clarity Travel completed the acquisition of Agiito and Evolvi from Capita for £37m.

Clarity Travel, a business travel experience provider, completed the acquisition of Agiito, a travel agency, and Evolvi, an internet based self-booking rail tool, from Capita, a provider of an integrated range of services across, for £37m. “We are pleased to have agreed the sale of our travel and events businesses to Clarity, following a competitive sale process," Jon Lewis, Capita Chief Executive Officer.
