Talen to acquire a minority stake in Cumulus Digital from Riverstone for $60m.

Talen, an owner and operator of approximately 12.4 GW of high-quality power infrastructure in the United States, agreed to acquire a minority stake in Cumulus Digital, a connected worker platform, from Riverstone, a multinational private equity firm, for $60m.
